Inner Oracle Workshop

Build Your Body + Mind + Heart Connection with JourneyDance and Reflective Writing

Often we turn to outside sources for insights and guidance, but we hold within us our own inneroracle of sacred knowledge.

Join us in this three-hour workshop to strengthen the body, mind, heart connection and channel your inner wisdom through dance, writing and art.

We'll begin by connecting with our bodies and emotions through JourneyDance (free-form guided movement meditation) led by Eva D’Luscious.

Then, Angie Ebba will take us through individual and collaborative reflective writing to process what you've revealed in your body and emotions through your mind, and integrate what you’ve discovered through our time together.

You will leave with an oracle card you’ve created as a reminder of your ability to access your deep inner wisdom at any time.

This is a protected space for all parts of yourself to be heard and welcomed.

Dancers and writers of all levels and identities are welcome. Our location, SomaSpace, is a ground-level building with open access through the dance studio. Bathrooms are down a carpeted hallway.

Please bring water, a notebook, and a pen or pencil. Dress so you can move comfortably without restriction; grippy socks are suggested. You're welcome to also bring the following items or use those provided: veil/scarf for dancing, yoga mat/knee pad for going to the floor. Cushions and other props for support are available.

The dancing is guided, but you decide your own movements so you can adjust to what works for your body. Invitations may be made for consensual, supportive touch.
