Burlesque In Portland, OR
In BodyMagick Temple we dance free of guilt and shame and strut into our most glittering manifestations -- shining our light for all, but most importantly for ourselves.
We welcome all skill levels, backgrounds and gender identities to our classes to celebrate their sensuality, power and joy!
Most classes are taught by High Priestess of Tease, Eva D'Luscious, and we're pleased to feature guest teachers for special skills too!
July 9 will be a special focus on Floor Work with Satira Sin. Open to all levels, as long as you can get up and down from the floor in some way; assistance with walls or chair are OK!
Strut into our protected space to explore new ways of moving your body, experiencing sensuality and expressing yourself!
Adjustments and modifications can be given for mobility and experience levels. Please contact us if you have any questions or desire modifications and we'll do our best to work with you!
We meet one Sunday per month at SomaSpace: 4050 NE Broadway, Portland.
You're welcome to bring the following items: dance shoes, knee pads/leg warmers for floorwork. The studio also has yoga mat/knee pads for going to the floor.
Please bring water and dress so that you can move comfortably without restriction. Grippy socks are suggested for colder days.

Make It a Body + Soul Sunday
Join us earlier for JourneyDance: a moving meditation to get comfortable in your body, explore your emotions, connect more deeply with your intuition and build Self Love.
Body + Soul Participants receive a discount on both classes, paying $40 total.
JourneyDance is 11am-12:30pm. If you join both classes you will be emailed more details on what to expect and bring to both of them.

Satira Sin
Satira Sin has spent the last 14 years tantalizing audiences with her vocal stylings, effervescent presence, and unrelenting bump and grind.
She slips seamlessly from classic showgirl to nerdy temptress. She headlined Emerald City Comic Con's Guardians of the Sexy and was runner up for The Roux Festival’s Spicy Brown Crown in New Orleans.
In addition to performing, Satira has been teaching and sharing the joy of the tease for a decade.
