Katie Sutherland is an intuitive coach, facilitator & holistic wellness practitioner who supports people to thrive and reclaim their empowerment & vibrancy while navigating the journey of life. For the past 20 years, she has been collecting and cultivating a wide range of tools and wisdom to support others on the path home to their inherent wholeness, wellbeing, and freedom.  

During the retreat, Katie will guide you through a ritual circle to release blocks & open up to receiving love from ourselves and others that we desire and we deserve.  Through a series of practices including journaling, guided visualization and compassionate connection, this experience will be both gentle and powerfully transformative. 

Her diverse background includes 1500+ hours of training in various bodywork and energy work modalities, advanced intuitive facilitator training, trauma resolution, advanced craniosacral therapy, seven years as a yoga teacher, as well as being a certified Integrative Health Coach.

She offers bodywork in Portland, Or where she lives with her family as well as intuitive coaching and classes online.  She’s the host of the new Initiation Podcast where she & guests share about potent experiences of rites of passage and sacred initiations.
