Teasettes Group Acts
BodyMagick Temple opens each of our productions with a fabulous group act by The Teasettes.
These series help you build performance and Burlesque dance skills, explore different dance styles and props, and meet other dancers.
We emphasize joy in being on stage and in our bodies and keep choreography sassy but fairly simple so you can focus on radiating joy and sensuality. We welcome dancers from new to experienced.
Series are approximately 6 weeks long, with an additional rehearsal for those who choose to perform. Performers will have additional costuming expenses.
Cost is about $145 for a 6-week series, plus a $21 rehearsal class for performers. Performance is not required to take the series.
Classes are usually held on a weeknight from 7-9pm, at a private studio in Southeast Portland. Shows are at Mission Theater, Portland. The number of dancers is limited to how many can fit on stage.

Come to the August and September BodyMagick Burlesque classes to learn some Fan Basics,
and join the Waitlist to be notified when the series registration opens.
Attendance is limited due to stage space and these series often sell out!
