We dance to awaken pleasure, cultivate confidence and reconnect with our intuition and learn to trust our bodies -- not for performance, but for presence.
Sensuality here isn't about looking a certain way. It's about feeling fully, honoring all of your body and your emotions.
No dance experience needed, no pressure to "get it right." Just an invitation to be held, witnessed and celebrated as you are.

JourneyDance is a sacred space to remember the wisdom of your body and the joy of simply being alive. Through intuitive movement, breath, rhythm, and a touch of wild magic, we invite the body to guide, release, and reveal.
This is soul play. A chance to shake loose what’s stuck, expand your emotional capacity, and come home to yourself in the most delicious way. There's no right or wrong here, just movement that feels true. One moment you might be grounding into deep stillness, the next you're spinning like a kid high on life.
Come ready to sweat, laugh, maybe cry (the good kind), and leave with a deeper connection to your body, your spirit, and the present moment. Your body is your temple and we're throwing a dance party for you
Burlesque Instructors and classes rotate among local and traveling performers. Bringing saucy movement and sassy technique to bump up your bliss on and off stage. Our classes are multi-level, suitable for experienced performers, newcomers and those who want to explore new ways of sensual expression.
Adjustments and modifications can be given for mobility and experience levels in all classes. Please contact us if you have any questions or desire modifications and we'll do our best to work with you. All skill levels, backgrounds and gender identities are welcome in our classes.
July 6: FANtabulous
Unleash your inner showstopper! Whether you're brand new or looking to refine your flair, this class with Eva D'Luscious covers essential holds, graceful movements, and flowing transitions. Plus, theory to help you develop your own FANtabulous style. Express yourself through elegance, rhythm and theatrical flair!

Street parking -- please allow plenty of time to park and get into class!
Studio is ADA accessible and offers water and yoga props.
Please bring your own water vessel and dress so that you can move comfortably without restriction. Grippy socks are suggested for colder days and those who want more stability or some cushion.
For JourneyDance, you may want a journal to record anything that comes up while dancing, a blanket/knee pads and a dance veil/scarf.
For Burlesque, you may dance barefoot or bring dance shoes. If you have props for special classes, bring those too!

Though I'm known as the High Priestess of Tease, I'm a champagne glass half full broad who also loves to please. Whether it be through BodyMagick Burlesque classes and performances, or guiding women into their power through dance ritual, I bring Bling & Blessings wherever I go!
My Portland, OR, home is surrounded by a garden, and filled with my husband, 2 teenage sons, an absurd amount of costumes and outdoor gear, and absolutely no patriarchal BS.
I've taught Burlesque since 2013, and a Certified JourneyDance Guide since 2020. I'm honored to hold space for you to tune into your body and build trust with your own wisdom and power.
